Welcome to IQ Logic: Brain Training! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IQ Logic: Brain Training application (the "App") operated by Brother AI Company ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App. The App is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are a minor under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.
IQ Logic: Brain Training provides IQ testing, brain training exercises, and related features. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the App without notice.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at brotheraicompany@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon deletion, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App may include virtual currencies (e.g., Energy, Coins) and items that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All sales of virtual items and currencies are final and non-refundable.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brother AI Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Brother AI Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
